1. Booking & General Terms
- Booking Platforms Only: All reservations are made exclusively through Booking.com and Vrbo.
- Website Purpose: This website is for informational use, guest inquiries, and support only. It does not process bookings or payments.
- Agreement to Policies: By confirming a reservation, guests agree to:

- Listing-specific terms on booking platforms
- Priority Clause: In case of any conflict, the terms listed on Booking.com or Vrbo will take precedence.
2. Payment, Cancellation & Refund (Summary)

Standard Rate
- No payment at booking
- Deposit (1 night) charged 7 days before check-in
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior
- Late cancellation → 1-night charge
Promotional Rate
- Up to 15% discount
- Deposit required before arrival
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior
- Late cancellation → 1-night charge
Special Savings Rate
- Up to 35% discount
- Full payment required in advance
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior
- Within 7 days → non-refundable
Refunds
- Subject to selected rate conditions
- Processed within 1–3 business days
- Bank processing may take up to 7 business days
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Late Check-out: Unauthorized delays may result in additional fees
- Guests must follow all instructions provided via booking platforms
4. Self Check-In
- All properties offer secure contactless check-in
- Access details are sent before arrival via registered email
- Guests are responsible for reviewing instructions prior to arrival
5. Property Use & Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to the following:
- No smoking indoors (penalties may apply)
- No parties or events without approval
- Respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise
- Maintain the property in good condition
- Report damages immediately
Additional charges may apply for:
- Damage beyond normal wear
- Excessive cleaning
- Policy violations
6. Maintenance & Property Access
- Authorized personnel may access the property for:
- Repairs
- Inspections
- Emergencies
- Advance notice will be provided where possible
- Minor disruptions (e.g., internet issues) do not qualify for refunds
7. Personal Belongings & Additional Rules
- Lost items: Recovery is not guaranteed
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are the guest’s responsibility
- Unauthorized commercial photography or filming is not allowed
- Additional cleaning or damage-related charges may apply
8. Limitation of Liability
Stayterra Properties is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including:
- Weather disruptions
- Power outages
- Natural disasters
- Travel or government restrictions
Guests are responsible for:
- Personal safety
- Belongings
- Conduct during their stay
9. Property Condition
- Property must be left in a clean and reasonable condition
- Trash should be disposed of properly
- Furniture and items should not be moved or removed
- Damages or violations may result in additional charges
10. Privacy Policy
- Personal data is used only for booking management and guest communication
- All data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws
- We do not sell personal data
